Employees there are extremely rude and unprofessional. They were extremely rude to my mom who is older and doesn’t speak the language properly. The Hispanic employee told her not to come back because she didn’t understand my mom who is also Hispanic. I had to get down to help my mom. Will never ever go there again. They need to replace those employees.

Gentlemen, don't talk to this laundry in this place. I went today and that Laura, a working cat from there. He told me I couldn't dry my clothes because I hadn't washed them.

I come here every week and usually never have an issue. Today, one of the dryers I used did not heat and my clothes were still wet at the end of the cycle. Went to the desk to tell the rude woman about it and she wouldn't even put her cell phone down to acknowledge me. Idk if she speaks English. Regardless, she is rude and unfriendly and. very unhelpful. Never offered a refund or an apology. Time to find another laundromat I'm afraid. .
