Thieves. Triple charged for a toll already payed for and when I call customer service they give numbers who have you call the numbers you’ve already called. Having to contact the BBB just to get it handled.

I reserved a 26 foot moving truck on Friday for pickup on Monday. When I arrived they didn't have the truck available. All they could say was, "I don't know how we could have missed this over the weekend".

Truck was ok but noisy. Website listed wrong hours, resulting in extra trips to rental location. Computers weren't working for drop off.
