Worst customer service and no network for 2 months. All they can offer is 15 dollars refund after one year of being a customer and purchasing a new phone because I thought that was the problem

I went to this boost location to see about upgrading my phone two billing cycles ago I was told that I needed to change my number to be on their new network. I did as I was told although I strongly did not want to change my number. I paíd 194 for the phone and 25 for a phone case. Ever since then , my phone line Is trash!! I have open tickets on my line. Phone cuts out, call Drop, error message that I am not connected to a network. It is horrible and all boost can tell me is my ticket has been escalated. I never had issues with my previous line that is now assigned to a new person. What a bunch of lies!
