I bought an iPhone 14 in this store, they gave me an approximate date of the total payment, I was confident that the payments were going to be deducted from my card and the payment time had already passed, now I have to pay more than double. I do not recommend getting phones from this company, they do not explain it well and also that the payments are not taken from you by the boost mobile company but by another company called Ácima. Would give 0 star if I could. This guy was only concerned with trying to sell phones and charge as much as he could. Lied to me about the promotion for $25 a month and said I would of had to wait a week to get the 1 mouth $12.99. When to another store and got it no problem and they didn't even hassle me about bring my own phone like this guy was.

I was told that I would not be charged for the month due to some internal issues that the company was having. Come to find out that I was still charged and not only did the store offer no help they also decided to disregard anything I was saying, and said call customer service. I'm extremely disappointed as I've been a loyal customer with this company for 5+ years, and am now considering to move to another service provider!!

You rip people off just to get a sale your location lies to its customers .I went into this location to switch my sons iphone over to my account your location told us it cannot be done because the phone was disconnected. I had to buy a whole new phone when in fact you just said that to get a sale .You reported my sons phone stolen .You lie to your customers and that’s bad business sir I hope people don’t buy from this location!!!
