“while driving in the San Fernando Valley, our truck was involved in an accident. it was not drivable and without know where to take the truck we had a tow company take it to their facility. dealing with insurance took a few days and by the time the truck was ready to go to a shop, the fees were incredibly high. I was 500 miles away and they wanted cash to release the vehicle. Alex at Brothers was such a help. he had his own tow truck pick it up and he paid the fees. he gave an estimate but before he could do the work, the insurance called it a total loss. although I didn't have Brothers do the collision repair because the insurance wanted it totaled, I would recommend the shop due to the ease with which was able to deal and communicate with Alex and his total professionalism.”

“My experience was amazing. I got my appointment on a Wednesday afternoon for the following Monday morning, my car was expected to be ready in two weeks but they had it ready in 3 days! Costumer service was amazing, they’re very kind, responsive, and respectful. They explained and showed me everything before and after it was repaired. And my car looks like it never got hit. More than satisfied with this, would definitely recommend this shop.”
“Ok so not so much their fault on waiting for parts, however there were several occasions when they told me the car was ready, but upon arrival, it was NOT - this unfortunately happened several times, but when we finally got the car back - it was fine no issues so far. Javier was wonderful, and the guys in the back that actually do all the work obviously were wonderful as well.
