I drove all the way from San Antonio because Berty was highly recommended and I’ve seen her work. Sadly, I did not get to what I asked for. I was under the impression that Berty was going to do my hair because that who I spoke to and have a deposit to. Unfortunately I was handed to an intern or something. Horrible thing to do on a first time client!! Never returning and should receive a refund. I was there for 12 hours! I was received color remover and bleach test, no one discussed the price with me! I paid over $500 for this TERRIBLE “balayage” I was charged for a haircut which took less that 10 mins, that was terrible too! Worst hair experience! Thank goodness for my hair girl in San Antonio!! Do not come here!!!

Very bad service there, they do what the people who work there want, you ask for one thing and they do what they want and if you say something they treat you badly and pretend that what they want is good, terrible service, better look for alternatives if you don't want them to leave your hair bad there, no one takes responsibility for the bad work they do and of course a person who works in that salon does their job poorly, the entire salon will have the same fame for the first and last time, places like this leave a lot to be desired, terrible service

She left my hair brassy & did not do what I asked for, my hair is breaking and damaged. I need a full refund she charged me over $300 dollars to damage my hair, and didnt do what I asked for this lady is a crook she damaged my hair and is not taking responsibility for it. She tried to say my hair was already damaged, so why IN the HELLL would she color it anyway. She is a crook please please don't ever go to her. In ghetto pasadena trying to charge over 300 dollars. Look at the pictures shez a liar. Who goes and ask for a hair to be orange and white towards the end take her license and shut this place down

It's no use making an appointment they always make you wait an hour or more and they don't care when you ask them how much time is left they just tell you they just fill up with people and in the end it's the same as leagues with or without an appointment

I tried to take my daughter for a haircut today& the owner lady did NOT know I understood Spanish. She’s very rude & was making comments saying “her hair was a major disaster”, making my daughter feel so uncomfortable telling her WHOLE salon & OTHER customers repeatedly comments about my daughters hair. So unprofessional will never recommend this place to anyone! She doesn’t even deserve this one star.

It was horrible for my daughter to get a cut and the cut had nothing to do with what she wanted. I had to go to Natys to have it fixed, that is a good place.

I've been getting my hair done at bertys for 4 years now and I love her. She gives you great recommendations and if you show her a picture of what you want your hair to look like she will get it done. I went to her when I saw her work on one of my customers and she gave me bertys phone number. Best investment I ever did. The process will take a while but she is very thorough and will get every strand of hair.

IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR HAIR. I WANTED TO CHANGE THE COLOR OF MY HAIR FOR MY BIRTHDAY, WHICH WAS A COUPLE OF DAYS.I WENT IN FOR KERATIN AND BLUE HAIR COLOR. TELL ME WHY WHEN SHE IS DONE ITS JOKER GREEN. I WAS THERE FOR 8 HOURS FOR HER NOT TO GET THE COLOR. SHE WAS GOT VERY UPSET WHEN I TOLD HER THAT WAS NOT THE COLOR I WANTED. SHE RUDELY ANSWER I CAN DYE IT BLACK AND LETS START OVER NEXT WEEK. I ANSWERED HER NO THAT WOULD MEAN I WOULD HAVE TO STAY LONGER NEXT TIME. She told me I couldn't wash my hair for 2 days. WHEN I WASHED MY HAIR THERE WAS CHUNKS OF HAIR FALLING OFF. ONCE I LOOKED IN THE MIRROR I HAD A BIG BALD SPOT ON THE TOP AND TILL THIS DAY MY HAIR FALLS OF LIKE CRAZY. WHEN I LEFT THE SALON MY HAIR WAS BLEEDING EVERYWHERE AND STAINED EVERYTHING. WHEN I CALL HER ABOUT THE ISSUE I AM HAVING SHE STATES SHE WANTS TO SEE ME FACE TO FACE DUE TO ME ASKING FOR A REFUND AND TELLS ME THAT IN GOD I DONT REGRET WHTA I AM DOING. WHEN I SHOW UP TO THE SALON SHE TAKES NE TO A ROOM AND STATES SHE DID NOTHING WRONG AND HER SEEING MY BALD SPOT. SHE DENIED IT ANS STATED NO BODY COULD SEE IT. THE NERVE OF HER OF ONLY RETURING 90.00 after I PAID 310 plus her PRODUCTS for the keratin. NEVER WILL I GO OR RECOMMEND ANY ONE TO THIS SALON.
