Went to open a personal and business account and the lady as soon as you walk in was just super rude and made sure you knew you were not priority to her or this bank. Unbelievable how she is still employed there.

As a business owner i finally had to say something. The decline of customer service and how long it takes to make a deposit theses days is constantly getting worse. I have been a client for over 5 years and have slowly been changing my business over to another banking services that give bonus points and cash rewards for using them unlike this bank. If I didn't not have the years of my accounts locked for my vendors I would have been gone by now. - I wrote this while waiting in line to make a deposit.

This bank is the worst with overdraft fees they charged me 290 dollars for one overdraft when it should have been only 36 dollars so when I call about it they treat you like your some kind of money problem person apparently if I would have waited a couple more hours to do the overdraft for my rent to be on time I wouldn’t have had all those extra overdrafts even though they already took out the money for those items this bank takes advantage of you

The single crappiest bank ever. Tried to charge one of my vendors a fee to cash a check that I paid them. When I came to the bank to resolve it they were rude, admitted they did not disclose this information and had a piss poor attitude about the entire discussion.

Taking out my own money! Elsa, was extremely rude. I am out on vacation and when into these branch to withdraw my own money and she interrogated me like if I was some kind of criminal. When I reacted to her concerns I asked if their was a problem? she rudely told be to go sit in the waiting area instead of explaining to me her concerns. .... I felt my rights as a valuable BB&T customer were violated and NO one should be treated that way... I hope these review helps BB&T to remind their employees that customers are valuable and they deserve to be treated with respect. On a positive note the cashier "Amparo" achieved great customer service..Even after her concerns she kept professional and courtesy.... Great Job!
