I paid for a part that the part number Consist up 2 pieces. The parts department falt out told me that they opened the pack and took one piece out and charged me for the part number $60 approximately before tax. I went to another dealership. They pulled the same part number in the same small bag sealed With 2 pieces in it and that's the way they sell it. And they confirmed it with corporate I. Tried speaking to the parts department again about this BayWay l Dodge and their online apartment? Is Mopar wholesale store? He told me it was the same dealership. They just it was their online department. Same location, same. Everything they shipped us across several state lines. Making it way too 4 for me to go up to the dealership. Just talk to someone in charge. I have tried communicating through email and phone. And all they've done is say they've done it. And that was all they were gonna do. I sent them pictures that they asked for and I used it against me. Telling me that the way they look at it. I'll paid one piece for approximately $60. BUT that part number consists of 2 pieces, so windshield washer nozzle. A little piece of plastic that charged me over $60 after-tax for a little piece of plastic got another crystal deal. should that part number consist of 2 nozzles. It's a 2 piece part number in the pack. It never supposed to be open in a part. Taking out not to reduce the price for the customer. Not that price is set by manufacturer, which they both purchased from the same manufacturer, and I it for me and I told bayway Dodge this today. He said he went to his managers and his man just told him not to do anything with it until next week. Maybe when somebody else came in. He put me on hold for over 20 minutes just to come back and tell me he wasn't going to do anything. No one was gonna do anything that they removed pieces out of packs., and he continued to say that they removed the item from the sealed pack. They put it in another box with another part. That I had ordered a larger part. $420 I had to assume they lost one piece of the way they had packaged it. But then they told me they had removed one piece of my part item. I tried to explain to them. I'm a disabled veteran and charging me double. What a part actually cost was very hard on me and my family?

I had a great experience at Bayway with buying a car for our first time. I 100000% recommend Raul Hernandez as your sales professional because he was an amazing salesman with EXCELLENT customer service. There are many great things I can say about our experience with him. He was extremely helpful, nice, attentive, and took really good care in helping my family find a nice, used car for a good price!! He even stayed past his shift because there was an issue at first with my bank. 5 stars!!

I have been trying to find a 3 row vehicle for our family for 3 weeks and has literally been a NIGHTMARE!! We have actually been here twice before and didn't find what we were looking for.
