There’s this one girl there who always has an attitude problem. I’ll get her name one of these days. Anyway I asked her a question about which item was gonna be taken out with my reward & she looked at me like I had asked the dumbest question! Y’all need to hire friendlier people. This was not the first time.

Always love getting lotions and soaps. Usually try to go when there is a sale. First time going to this location. Everyone was super nice. Easy to find everything. I do wish they would bring back pin chiffon lotions and soaps.

My daughter and I had a delightful shopping experience at Bath and Body Works! The store was beautifully laid out with inviting displays of fragrances and products. The staff were friendly and attentive, offering helpful suggestions and samples for us to try. My daughter enjoyed exploring the variety of scents and picking out her favorites. We left with a bag full of lovely goodies and a smile on our faces. A wonderful outing for us both!??

The staff is always very friendly and helpful. They are continuously asking all the customers if the need help. They really do live up to great customer service. I go in often to shop and have had a great experience every time. The last candle sale they had was my first time going to a big sale there and I was debating if I should even go. I was worried it was going to be chaos. I went after I dropped my kids off at school thinking the line was going to be long since it was still early. There was no line when I walked up to the store, and they had extra staff. The store was very clean despite all the people leaving things in random spots. Love going to this location!
