Before I went to the shipper, I read the driver comments and I was frustrated and I noticed some people may have bad experience about the shipper; however, mine is different they treat me right and load me on the time. This shipper is so far one of the best .

Inconsiderate people. Had me park my empty trailer 3 times just to drop and hook.
1.Hostler driver asked me to park my empty across from shipping office and then go in.
2. Shipping lady tells me to take to DD177, open doors, and dock it for inspection only.
3. Forklift driver inspects, make me sweep out, and asks me to park it again in the yard and close doors too.
He also has the audacity to say that we sit in our trucks and do nothing all day when I said something about them making work for free like this.
Worst part is, my company Swift stiffed me on the money to be paid for sweep out and extra yard moves their customer makes us do.

The exit is around the back of the building. Poorly marked. No signs until you get up to the entrance where a small one says it is not the exit.

Driver review: arrived at 07:46 CT appt was for 9am for an expedited load. Make sure you have your order number and park before you go inside to check in or you will have to return to your truck to park and loose your place in line. The person that checks in needs to have their own DL. They thought I was the wife and bringing in my husbands, I am in fact the driver and have my own CDL. Don’t send in your DL with someone else. They will give you a door and if you have a pallet jack, go inside to remove it so they can load you. No issues here. Straight to business. Out by 10:20 CT. We did not overnight nor try to because of another review. There’s a truck plaza 10 min away cost to park.

Check in was quick and easy, all the staff was courteous and friendly. after getting door assignment I was loaded within 30 min. Greatly appreciated

Awful place don’t come. If your trailer didn’t just leave an assembly line it will be deemed too dirty to load and deny you. That’s after you waited hours in a dock to be loaded after not touching you. I mean come on, at least have someone inspecting trailers before you decide to give someone a dock door. Avoid at all cost.

I would give a zero the lady in shipping gave me the wrong door number the door she gave me had a trailer in it went to ask the loader a question he talking about he busy i cant believe it ? i hope i never come bk

This is the worst place I ever loaded at.They told me to back in at door 84 and come to me and yelled at me for not parking in the Wright door and told me to move to 85 do not load up this place if you can I will never be back
