Unfortunately had to wait 1.5 hrs to receive assistance to add my husband to my account. Appointments weren’t available online for this whole week. This place really sucks when it comes to attending its walkins .. why does a bank only operate from 10-4 like cmon people have businesses and their money here do better BoA

They never answer the phone. It rings you have to go through the whole menu all over again and again and again and again. And you never get to talk to anyone!

Bank of America is absolutely hands down the worst bank ever created in existence.... They have more telephone numbers that do not work Then actual customers and no customer service member that knows how to answer a phone... If you can't answer a phone you shouldn't be in service.. And you speak nothing but lies and represent nothing but lies when you say you are the Bank of America.. You are the Bank of America that screws over their people

I made an appointment online using the BOA app, we got the first morning appointment, there was no wait if you book an appointment ahead of time. Ms. Donna help us with our banking concerns and we were in and out within 30 minutes. Excellent!

As a business owner I will say I am embarrassed. I set up an appointment, went in to sign forms for 3rd party checks. They also told me I can take my customer with me to cash the check while I wait for forms. 2 weeks later I went with the customer tried to deposit the check and sure enough I COULD NOT CASH IT! Even with my customer. They gave me the wrong forms to sign so as a business owner we still cant deposit 3rd party checks! I have had issues since day one with this bank. Currently looking to switch! All employees should be on the same training, and they are not.Thank you to Mr Smith in the Kirby location, he has been the most helpful and knowledgable one. Not even customer service is aware of the rules. It's a different answer every time same issue. They should work on customer service skills. The lady i spoke to in customer service was terrible and put the phone down during our conversation. I hung up because she was rude! BE BETTER, we as business owners rely on you.

If you are enlisting in the Military do not utilize this bank. I spoke to Jose (teller) and Cindy (bank manager) and this bank refuses to complete the necessary paperwork that the department of defense requires in order to pay you while you are in training or deployed. It is one form, a very routine, standard SF 1199-A Form that literally any military friendly bank will be happy to complete in order to keep your business.The banking staff was very polite, however.

The wait was to long, tried to cash my check the rude bank teller said she can’t call and verify my check. Just rude I will be taking my money out of there asap. To Bank of America you can thank the only teller for losing a good customer.

The service at this bank is the worst I have seen in my 66 years of life. When I complained to the manager about his lack of staffing and help in his tellers he stared at me and said he had to stay in the lobby. Rude they could care less how long people have to wait.

Close way before the time on the door, and they have one person working there 25 people waiting and she is slower than my grand ma ! BoA should do something about it !

The manager, Mr.Michael is very helpful. Customers seem to know him and seek him out. Although I had to wait and wasn’t very happy on account of the office being short-staffed, I was attended to in a courteous and efficient manner as soon as staff was available. Thank you, Mr.Michael!
