I made an appointment online using the BOA app, we got the first morning appointment, there was no wait if you book an appointment ahead of time. Ms. Donna help us with our banking concerns and we were in and out within 30 minutes. Excellent!

The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because they aren't open on Saturdays anymore.
