At the New Orleans airport Avis booth in the parking garage, the white lady with the goofy red hat that was supposed to be working the booth was not at the counter when I arrived. Some other customers were waiting at the counter. I asked if someone was helping them, and they said, "No" and began asking if anyone was working at all. I told them that I'd been helped by a kind and helpful young lady that was receiving the cars, and she referred me to the desk. The white lady with the goofy red hat emerged from the back after a minute or so with a mouth full of food and wiping her mouth. Then she was very rude to the customers in front me, and asked, "What does the board say?" She handled them very poorly and seemed exasperated that she had to help customers. I only needed to verify cost but was not interested in dealing with the rudeness so I asked one question and then ended my interaction. I had more questions as there was some confusion with the charge when I spoke to some workers on the phone, but she was clearly not the person that was willing to help.

Poor customer service and rude. The owner tossed my credit card back at me just because I asked the total. Then said,"pay when you are ready." I just asked the total. And he still overcharged me. He just acted like we were bothering him.

The location is convenient and may be the only reason I go here. I have rented twice from them and the first time the car had bird poop all over it. This second time the car had writing on the window and it said disposal. That's not too bad but when I turned in the car I asked if that was it and the guy said yes while doing something on his phone. No receipt or anything. Poor "professionalism" ! My last time here.

The location is convenient and may be the only reason I go here. I have rented twice from them and the first time the car had bird poop all over it. This second time the car had writing on the window and it said disposal. That's not too bad but when I turned in the car I asked if that was it and the guy said yes while doing something on his phone. No receipt or anything. Poor "professionalism" ! My last time here.

WE HAD A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE WITH AVIS AND WILL USE THEM AGAIN IF WE EVER HAVE ANY OTHER NEEDS WITH A RENTAL CAR.

Quick and easy. Maybe 10 min inside. I did pre pay online. I signed a few signatures and was out the door. Will book again. better than the avis at the airport.
