I regret taking my car here for repairs after an accident. They do sub-par work and the owner does less than the bare minimum and expects you to overlook their errors. I was in an accident and the other person's insurance (Liberty Mutual) took full responsibility. Liberty Mutual paid $2238 initially and Automotive Care was to get back with them if the repairs cost any more. A couple of weeks go by and the owner, Reuben, calls me to say my car is ready. When I got there my car had some weird black tar substance (see photo) smeared all over the front and back bumpers, the antenna was broken, and the pinstriping is the wrong color and looks like an amateur did it. The original pinstriping was a blue-ish gray color and was professionally airbrushed by hand (you can see it in the first photo just above the black lines). The pinstripe Automotive Care did is a thick black sticker type of pinstripe, and the lines do not match up (see photos). Reuben tried to blame this on the original pinstripe job, saying it was done incorrectly, but you can clearly see in the photos the issue is with their work (the black lines). When I pointed all of the issues out, Reuben got defensive and started blaming the insurance company saying they never contacted him. When I asked why he didn't call me or the insurance company rather than just flying blind he told me it was my fault for not calling him, even though I called within an hour of my car arriving there and making sure he had my info. He never actually knew what work was authorized and he never bothered to find out. When I went to pick it up is when he told me that he had never spoke to anyone from Liberty Mutual. He also said he never looked at my car when it came in, but that my antenna was old and that's why it broke (even though I have photos to prove it was fine before being taken to his shop), and he didn't look at my car before calling me to tell me it was ready so didn't know about the tar spots. After going back & forth he agreed to remove the tar spots & replace the antenna, but continued to try to lecture me about the age of the antenna and how none of this was his fault. He refused to acknowledge the poor execution on the pinstriping and kept saying he did me a favor because the insurance company wouldn't have paid for the entire car to be re-striped. He never asked what I wanted to do about it or asked the insurance company what they were willing to pay for, just made a lot of assumptions, then got mad when I called out their poor work. Save yourself the headache and take your car somewhere else.

Took my Durango in for massive hail damage and I have to say they did an amazing job! I told them to take their time and I was satisfied with the time and work. I will definitely return with any other vehicles if needed and recommend to anyone I know. Thanks guys!
