“I pulled into Express Oil Change because my car was telling me my oil was low. I was leaking oil and was not sure what was going on. I walked in and was helped by a really nice young man name Seth. He helped me with my car and they found that the nut on my oil pan was loose. I had them give me an oil change since it had been a minute. They tightened the nut and all is good. I appreciate Seth for being so good at explaining things to me. And I feel as a woman not knowing much about cars, he didn't take advantage of that and tell me something huge was wrong that was going to cost me a lot of money. As a bonus he topped off all my fluids and aired my tires. They were quick and kind. I highly recommend them.”

He didn’t just vacuum and recharge, he also checked for leaks and made sure the system would hold a charge as well! Did a great job and AC is blowing cold and works great, would definitely recommend!”

I went to 3 tire shops before this one all said my rim was bent and my tire was too damaged to fix but came here they said the rim was fine and put a plug in and said I was good to go”
“I called them on a Saturday and they said "go ahead and bring the alternator in"I got a call 2hrs later and my alternator was completely rebuilt. Including the pulley. It cost less than half price of a new alternator at the local auto parts store. I'm now a customer, and I highly reconnecting them!”

“My Kia Rio had very weak AC performance. I had it looked at a couple of places and both mechanics just looked at their phone app and told me there was nothing they could do because all readings were correct as far as pressure goes. And, of course, I had to pay for them to hook up their gauges. Anyway, a quick search on google maps showed this little shop with great reviews, so we went to pay him a visit. Meet Mr. Ki. In less than 5 minutes I had a diagnostic and a price. Two hours later the car was ready and the AC pumping cold air like the frigid tundras of Siberia. Señor Ki, You The Man.”
“I went to a dealership to get my backlift door fixed. Big mistake!! They quoted me $996 to replace the motor lift. I went to Marciano's body shop and Ruben took very good care of me. He said he only had to make a couple of adjustments and had my door lift working again same day and hardly paid anything. This is the most honest person I could've met. I'm so glad I took my truck to him and will continue to take my business to him. Thank you so much Ruben!”

“I just wanted to share my experience today with Eagle Automotives on Red Bluff.I am going on a cruise tomorrow, so I took my 2021 Malibu to fill up the gas tank at Walmart. I topped it off a few times trying to get to the even dollar amount lol as I drove away (on to spencer) my car was jerking and turned off on me, I attempted to drive back home (on red bluff and fairmont) my car turns off many times. I end up pulling into Eagle Automotive on Red Bluff. I give the guy at the front my car info and tell him what is happening. He tells me my car should still be under the 60,000 mile warranty, which i didnt think about that. After he ask a few questions, he then simply tells me how I over filled my gas tank and explained it to me ( automobile information is a whole different language to me) and he told me to drive around a little bit to use some of the gas. Well I did just what he said and my car is back to perfect again. He did not try to scam money out of me, or do some diagnostics test or anything extra. He was a decent human and I gratefully appreciated his honesty !! I returned and offered money for his knowledge. Great job Eagle Automotives, the honesty I received today most definitely deserves to be acknowledged.”
