“I ordered a alternator on line Amazon or eBay can't remember but it was the wrong part. I needed my vehicle so I had it rebuilt here. It took less than a half hour it's working great it's been like 4 months and I'm happy. I do some mechanic work and when I see I can save the customer on a part I send them here. I know I've referred 5 people there for factory rebuilt and am sending one more in the morning for starter. Team work makes the dream work.”

“Took my f-150 to get some fog lights and tailgate bar installed, he did a perfect job and im a timely manner! Definitely recommend! They do many other different services as well besides intalling/selling lights and what not. One of the connectors off my fog lights corroded causing the dlr not to light up anymore (not their fault but rather cheap amazon parts that i bought by choice) even though he didn’t have to, he still fixed it for me for free and now both work again ?? well be back for sure.”

“Staff is always so helpful. My son went last week to go buy oil for his truck before going to work down the street at Lil Caesar’s Pizza. He locked his keys in his truck. I went over with the slim jim set and forgot the wedges. The staff came out to help us unlock the truck. Greatest employees ever!!They deserve recognition for being so awesome and with a smile on their faces!Great staff!”

Nathan really know his stuff and I can bring him a unicorn (off the wall never before seen stuff) he he always find what I need. “I initially came in just to get a district manager’s contact information because I had been having issues with my account and battery warranty. I had already tried to resolve my issues and 3 other locations because I kept getting different options when dealing with my issue. I was helped by Claudia and could already tell she genuinely wanted to help me fix the issue. She talked to her manager, Anne, and was helped in 2 mins. Problem solved.
So I came in just for information and ended up getting my battery issue sorted. They were very helpful and Claudia even referred me to an AC service center when I asked about AC testing/ diagnostics.
I would go out of my way to bring my business to this location.

“I bought a car battery brand name Continental 2 years ago. The battery was a 24 months battery but it lasted 30 months. Very good battery. I bought another but this time 36 months battery. I recommend this brand.”
“I stopped in one day not knowing anything about VWs or Henery. 4 years later I am full of knowledge all because of bugaholics. I have been asking stupid questions forever and Henery never made me feel like it was dumb. Always has an answer and if he doesn't he will get one. Autozone,orielly,advance, napa were trying to sell me the wrong 1 insisting it was the correct 1 according to the part number. Finally got referred to here from a buddy who works for parts department at a dealership n he said call them they'll have what u need. Called spoke to Ian it was a Saturday n they were about to close n I was 15 min away. He said come on I got you. Very much appreciated. Picked up went home n installed, my durango running like a champ now. Any1 needing a radiator I highly recommend this establishment. Even has lifetime warranty.”
