“I ordered a alternator on line Amazon or eBay can't remember but it was the wrong part. I needed my vehicle so I had it rebuilt here. It took less than a half hour it's working great it's been like 4 months and I'm happy. I do some mechanic work and when I see I can save the customer on a part I send them here. I know I've referred 5 people there for factory rebuilt and am sending one more in the morning for starter. Team work makes the dream work.”

“I initially came in just to get a district manager’s contact information because I had been having issues with my account and battery warranty. I had already tried to resolve my issues and 3 other locations because I kept getting different options when dealing with my issue. I was helped by Claudia and could already tell she genuinely wanted to help me fix the issue. She talked to her manager, Anne, and was helped in 2 mins. Problem solved.
So I came in just for information and ended up getting my battery issue sorted. They were very helpful and Claudia even referred me to an AC service center when I asked about AC testing/ diagnostics.
I would go out of my way to bring my business to this location.

I have been asking stupid questions forever and Henery never made me feel like it was dumb. Always has an answer and if he doesn't he will get one. “I'm a fan of the store - prices are absolutely competitive, staff is super friendly and inventory seems to stay pretty full. I *do* wish their jingle was a bit less catchy. It's shocking how often you can find yourself belting out " O O O O'Reilly....auto parts!" for no particular reason. Upon further consideration, that *could* be a me issue.”
“I have been coming to Bass Meineke for almost 10 years. Although I do a lot of car work myself, they are my go-to shop for many repairs. Colton, Carlos and Nick, the mechanic helped me resolve a persistent vibration in my 2013 Honda Pilot that I had bought from an unscrupulous car dealer outside town. Vibrations are annoying at highway speeds and when you are driving over 50k miles a year. They understood this and spent the time necessary to isolate the problem to inner tire rod ends and a wheel balance. In addition, they replaced my shock/struts at a very reasonable cost. The car no longer rides like a blob of goo. They are very fair on pricing and provide 5-star service. As long as these guys continue to operate the way they have, they come with my highest recommendation. My car is no longer unsafe at any speed. Thanks again.”
