He stole my bumper!! Has absolutely no respect for veterans. I paid for everything up front in cash and he took 8 months and never finished the job. He told me to just take it he doesn’t care and my bumper was stolen at the shop. He only takes in insurance because they give him jobs, but if you pay him in cash he won’t care and he will keep giving you the run around. I wasted so much money and time here only for him to steal my bumper.

Ended up taking my truck to them and ended up taking care of my door panels and were really good paint job. They ended up getting my vehicle in and out. of the shop I would recommend Auto Collision expert.

Sam and his team did an awesome job with my vehicle. I’ve never been in a car accident and Sam helped me so much with talking to insurance and helping me get a rental. My car looks brand new with the repairs and paint job they did. I got it in less than 2 weeks and had no problems at all with communication as well. I would recommend my family and friends.

Horrible experience took him 5 months to get my truck ready after been promised 6 weekends in a row each Saturday was gonna be ready. As you can seen pictures this is how I get truck back after passenger side full paint job lots of scope of work was not completed. You can see all marks were they try to buff and burn paint specially on black color I have lots to say but long story short story if you not ready to wait months get a vehicle fix do not go here
What a waste time.

Sound was a good at what he does took charge of my car the quality of my car taking care of it respect of the customer the respect of the vehicle to. His team was great did a great job I would send anybody to a shop. To get their car done . Great value great customer service Sam was.

After a hit and run, brought my car to auto collision, quote received was low enough that I didn’t have to get my insurance involved. Got my car back in a reasonable amount of time and looks great!

I have never had a car to be repaired from a wreck but when I tell you this was the worse experience ever. The communication was horrible and the work was even worse. After three months of having my car I got it back and it looked like it was just thrown together. I would called to get an updated and either there was no one to answer or I couldn’t get a firm confirmation when my vehicle would be ready. After several months I just popped up car looked like it had not even been worked on. I was told it would be ready the following week. Go to pick up my car it still was not ready. At this point I am upset and trying to understand what the problem is owner was very rude and could not give a straight up answer. Once my car was ready owner dropped off to me but had to wait two plus hours from the time I was told he would be arriving. I should have went with my first mind when I read the previous reviews and took my business and money elsewhere. If I could 0 stars I would
