The business has a sign on the door stating that they accept American Express. However, as soon as I took mine out and handed it over to the associate said I was told the business didn’t accept it.
I have to show the associate the sign in the door. I was then told the card system down.

Went to this store today. Young girl at the counter was very unprofessional. She stood behind a shelf near the cash register ducked down on her cell phone but was not interested with customers walking in the store but was more interested with being on her cell phone playing around. Not once did she greet me, being the customer. No "Hi" or "How are you?" "Can I help you with anything?" Went to check out. There was no "Did you find everything okay?" I had to greet her as if I was working there. But still didn't help. Seems as if she didn't want to be at work. Just rude acting and looking. Girl go home if you don't want be at work helping people. I spent the money there because my hubby really needed work clothes asap. Even though this is not the friendly or professional one we went to before like I thought. Won't be coming here again. The other place before was helpful and professional. They definitely did not stand behind the counter when customers were walking in. They were working.

WATCH YOUR STEP AS YOU WALK IN... NO WHEEL CHAIR ACCESS AS SOMEONE FALSELY STATED...OVERCROWDED STORE...THERE IS ONLY A HANDFUL ITEMS FOR THE LADYS... SOME OF THE NEW FRC CLOTHING IS CHEAPER ONLINE AND ON OFFER UP...YOUNG GIRL THAT WAS AT REGISTER WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE... HAS HER OWN CHILD AT THIS BUSINESS...USED CLOTHES IS VERY FADED AND OVERPRICED... USED FRC WITH IRON ON PATCHES COME OFF AFTER WASHED...TRYED TO RETURN THEM AND THEY WOULD NOT EXCHANGE OR FIX... WILL NEVER RETURN HERE... I SPENT OVER $175 AND REGRET IT... TAKING MY BUSINESS TO CENTER STREET

Hello!it was my first time going to shop with my grandson for a new pair of pants and a shirt ,I was impress with how clean and organized this business is kept, but prices are so expensive. I hope next month they have a Christmas sale ,if so I would be able to purchase another shirt as a gift.
