America's Worst Eyeglasses! Been here a few times, do not expect the workers to help you. If you walk in when it's not busy they will literally just sit there while you browse in complete silence. They work on commissions - if you do not know the policies like the back of your hand they will do everything they can to screw you / do less work. It feels like they're trained to drop customers that ask too many questions. They will try to up charge you with polarized sunglasses instead of tinted sunglasses. Trying to get clarification on their main promotion was almost impossible. They're either lazy or incompetent, but my bet is on both. The sales team needs retraining!

I received 4 phone calls in two days from this company regarding contacts that needed to be picked up even though I NEVER ordered contacts. I asked them to please not contact me again and I even spoke to the corporate customer service department to remove me from the contact list. I GET ANOTHER CALL TODAY (7 days since speaking to customer service) about this order needing to be picked up. At this point it is CLEAR that this location or even Americas Best doesn’t care about their customers experiences. I asked the girl working the front desk how she got my number considering in my account is says I’m not suppose to he contacted. She tells me they don’t look into peoples accounts and she was going off a list of people FROM OCTOBER. I once again called corporate to complain that the conversation I had in the prior week did not get translated to my account or to any manger of the location. I spoke with the “customer service manager” Ashley, who was extremely rude, cut me off and when I asked her to let me finish speaking she told me no she wasn’t going to let me finish and that her team has done nothing wrong. She then told me the GM from Pasadena would call me and immediately hung up. The lack of customer service on y’all’s part is honestly sad. I have been using Americas Best for 9 years and this has completely turned me off of this company.

My whole experience here was outstanding! The receptionist was so welcoming and greeted me with a smile. Maryah and Erika C helped me out during my visit the staff were super nice will be recommended to my friends/family

DO NOT COME HERE!!!they sell very cheap material glasses for their promotionboth of my kids have worn glasses for 5+ years, some name brand and sometimes off brandwe used to go to Target Optical but now my insurance is out of networkwe decided to try them out and it has been a nightmare, both of my kids went to get glasses right before the school year in august and by sept the glasses were broken, had to wait more than 14 days for a new pair, no they won’t try to fix them or anything, they leave you with a broke pair until the new ones come in.. oh and its only a 1 time replacement/“fix” if you got the insurance for themI decided to go somewhere else since my kids play sports and need to see!!the new place told me how they could have fused the leg to the frame for the meantime!!!the new place was able to help me more then here and we left with prescriptions contacts on the same day!!Waste of money, waste of time, and such an inconvenience!!

I loved this store so much ! They were all so helpful and patient. They answered all my questions and helped me make a successful purchase! All the girls were so kind and definitely made my experience worth it! I have already recommended this location to my friends and family who have also loved it!!

Let me first start off with amazing customer service. The representative at the desk greets you with a smile which is awesome and then the employee that helped me with the glasses named Aly. Made my day. She helped me with one of my daughter's classes that wasn't purchased in that location. She helped me fix them she gave the glasses a clean which was amazing they look like new again, my daughters is able to see clearly and we really appreciate employees and businesses that go above and beyond. Appreciate you guys for what you have done for me and for my child. Thank you so much. FYI SERVICE WAS FREEThank you very much ALY.

The worst experience ever! Dropped off my personal frames from COACH and had polarized lenses installed. Order wasn’t completed in time and refused to look my order up and track. Then I got a text they were in and was then told many times along the way they WILL NOT SHIP. So I did a dispute on my card. Called one more time to settle and lo and behold poof!! Frames were in the drawer. Back talk from the staff, Lany the “manager” over stepping, talking over the customer and blatant customer disrespect. You absolutely cannot expect a customer to be 1/2 happy with this service. The bank has been notified and all the sudden they will ship. So, do they ship or not??Nothing but a runaround, poor service, mouth running staff, back talking customers and the wrong ppl running this place. You’ve been warned.

Kind and patient workers ? I get nervous about eye exams and picking out frames but I was totally comfortable here. Antonia helped me pick out a frame I never would have tried but I think fits me so well! I was really anxious before my appointment but I'll be happy to come back here in the future.

Been here twice, once on my own and the other time with my sister. The lady taking care of my sister was so patient when teaching her how to put on contacts. The place is very clean, and the saleswomen made sure I got the best price. More than happy to return again.

this place is a scam if you have to have progressive lenses you can't get the deal they offer and you will have to pay $60 for the exam if you don't buy there expensive lenses

Same day appointment, they got me in and out quickly and efficiently, Antonia was awesome and very personable! She made me feel so comfortable and at ease about my new glasses. Will definitely recommend to friends and family, both Dr. Andrade and Antonia!

They seemed pretty good until I needed a copy of my prescription. They force you to come in person so if you’re elderly, out of town, or otherwise unable, then you’re out of luck. An eye prescription should be like a drug Rx and should be sent to the place you want to purchase from. My opinion is they’re trying to force you to purchase from them and they take advantage of those who don’t have the ability to come in person.
