The slowest bank ever. I went to the drive thru and was waiting for 20 minutes at the window. Nobody came to help, so I decided to go inside and the doors were locked but workers were there during the hours they should be open. The staff is rude everytime i go. I come every Friday morning to this location, but I will be taking my buisness to another location. This one is going downhill.

Jose Garcia has rules different from the established rules of the bank, and the entire staff of this particular branch are definitely prejudice. I have never in all my days experienced what I experienced here. The end result for me was to withdraw whatever $ I had in it and never look back. Amegy bank on Fairmont Parkway deserve NO stars. It only got the 1 because otherwise I would'nt be able to post.

This bank is all about the Fees. They charge you for everything! Disputes, claims, statements, withdrawals, anything! They are slow, not easy to deal with. I only have this bank due to being added by my wife. As soon as it's possible, we are switching to someone else! But who??

Getting in is a hassle. They have a buzzer, the buzzer isn't indicated anywhere on the door or around the door. It would take like 30-50 bucks and like an hour for a local signing business to fix this.

Very friendly employees. Would help if other employees would acknowledge people waking in like Debra does. Debra is very helpful always great attitude and goes above and beyond to help with any issue.. other than that great bank lots of parking and viewable from street conveniently located ..

This bank is horrible they give you 24 hour grace period to fix your negative balance if you can't they charge $35 plus $5 a day afterwards. Please be aware of this bank
