I went there today l get almost 90 itms, l ask the cashier to let me use 2 cars and bring it back, because l had 2 orders it was more cars there, he was so rude with me and is not the first time allways is like that with him, was a white guy, skinny one allways he have bad attitude ..l don't like the way he drop the itms in the car....if he don't like what he is doing fine something you like to do...l told him don't need the 25 cents l going to bring the car back and l did when l came he was not there...put attention in the people you hire please!!!

The man or employee here has mental problems, he had my merchandise ready to pay and without asking, he took my things from me. I had to tell him and he was surprised. I think he has mental problems.

Nice stores. Not too big. Good prices. But why do people not complain about the 'rent a cart' system? If you don't have a quarter it's a hassle.
Recently I visited and a young Mom with 2 kids didn't have a quarter. I have her mine, refused her dollar, and walked back to my Jeep to get another one. And I wasn't mad. What is it with this place?

It would save you money especially when you're on a budget. They do need a friendly cashier at the front end. She seems not happy with her job while sitting down and did not thank customers for shopping there.
UPDATED 3/6/22: Went there today, after we paid & exited, the security alarm went off!! A nice female cashier came to ask if we purchased shrimp. Sure we did, apparently they now put security tags on their packages of shrimp. The guy cashier didn't remove it upon check out. It's embarrassing.. and we showed our receipt.

Went to this Aldi location today found a couple of good products. There's not a whole lot though. The reason why I'm leaving a 1 ⭐ rating is because I was disgusted with the lack of customer service from the cashier ADRIAN. Extremely rude and I was really pissed he was throwing all my items in the shopping cart. Literally just hurling them into the cart!!! They scan your items extremely fast and without any care like they gotta hurry up and get you out of their way like if they have something better to do.

I didn’t know about this store they came about five years ago or so and I didn’t see what the deal was. I went in there once and thought it was kind of a weird store. Well, my daughter talked me into going back in there and by golly it is something else the price is just can’t be beat I compared, what I got on my receipt one time with what it would’ve cost me at H-E-B for the same items and this is H-E B branded items I saved eight dollars and that was just on a few items. I like their concept with their baskets sometimes I just give mine to Out in the lot instead of returning it to the corral I don’t mind paying a deposit for a basket to ensure that I put it back. I think that all stores should copy this business model with the baskets which would save them having push the baskets and it would also save in having to employ crews to go out and collect them. I say put the carts out in the corral in the parking lot and charge a quarter to get them. Most people will put them back but a lot of neighborhood kids would run around collecting them just to make money by putting them back.
