“I walked in to Christian Brother (CB) Service Center and was immediately met with a CB representative and ask how they could help. I informed them my horn wouldn't honk and it wasn't a fuse. The. CB representative inform me of the cost to do the analysis on my car and informed me that I would receive a diagnostic report l and quote by end of day or next morning. I was in and out of the service center within 5 minutes.
The next day I received an email with report of diagnosis that was followed-up with phone call to go over the report. At the time. I was informed that the horn was fixed and the cost would only be the cost of the diagnosis. The CB representative proceeded to go over the diagnostic report of things they identified to be address in the future due to the age and mileage of my vehicle. After reviewing the report I decided to go forward with the maintenance since it seem very reasonable compared to dealership cost. The following day Marshal called me to let me know the maintenance was complete and I could pick up my vehicle. At the time, I informed him that I would need a ride and he said that wouldn't be a problem. Since the car was out shuttling someone else, he would call me when he is on his way.
Marshal picked me up and even open the car door for me.
The people at CB are very courteous, caring, reasonable, and fair. I wouldn't think of going back to the dealership ever again.”
“Brakes Plus is the best auto service center I have ever been to. My vehicle is 21 years old and has had ALL the problems older vehicles have. So I have spent at lot at Brakes Plus but all the repairs were legitimate. I know auto mechanics so no one could cheat me. This guys are completely honest. If this scale was 1-10, I would give them a 15!”
“My car was experiencing some breaking issues, every time I braked the steering wheel would severely shake along with a few other maintenance issues. I took it into Christian Brothers & had them inspect it. They were able to identify the problem and found a solution in a timely manner. They called me multiple times to update me on the progress and timeline. The whole process was seamless and easy! A special thanks to Tyler for going above & beyond as well as the reaction lady! Both of them were great to work with. My car was washed inside / out as well. The prices were very fair and transparent. I cannot recommend this place enough for any of your car repairs / services. “Fantastic experience, there was a young man who came out to greet and assist me as I was crossing the parking lot and heading to the door. He was welcoming and helpful.
I needed a State Inspection, the Inspector was Ricky and again, fantastic. There was an issue with my gas cap, he educated me, just next door was an auto part store so he let me get a new one that worked great. His personality was kind and welcoming, knowledge was impressive and speed was helpful as I needed to get back to work.
I've had two interactions with this location over the past two years and both were above par.”
“Not bad. Very good people. I wish they would have broken down my quote. No labor costs was on the invoice. Starter was about 400 hundred dollars and 750 was labor to install. Seems quite high. But I’m happy with the work. He also mentioned that I was low in brake fluid and coolant fluid. With that kind of money that I paid, I wish they could’ve just topped it off as complementary towards me it was only a couple of dollars to add the fluid. But overall, very professional company I would use them again I just had those two little issues that kind of got me a little bit upset, but other than that they were very good people very nice. Would use them, and would recommend them”

“Oh my goodness!!! It’s so hard to find good service, but today 8/10/24 was such a blessed day! I came in as a walk-in with several issues with my truck, and the team greeted and treated me like they truly care. Anthony and the crew educated me on some things and made sure my truck had everything it needed.
I would also like to point out that I brought my iPad with some work to do while in their clean waiting room, but I didn’t even get to finish my work because the service was so quick.
My truck is running better than it ever has thanks to Anthony and the team. I’m still in utter disbelief because I’ve never felt so at ease at a mechanic shop. I will definitely be going back to this location with my truck and my wife’s car going forward. I’m blessed beyond measure!”

“This is a great shop to work with. I took my nieces used car in for inspection and repair. The repairs were done in a timely manner. When the car experienced additional issues driving home, Rodney replaced the Autozone battery which I just bought with no charge for labor. When the problem still cropped up, Rodney spent a day running down diagnostics to find the transmission issue was not something he could address. The diagnostic effort was done at no charge. Will definitely use this shop again.
My only complaint is the lack of Saturday hours, even for just drop off, makes it a challenge to use them around the family schedule during the week.”

“If I could give more stars I would, I was heading out of the DFW area to go on a vacation when my truck started leaking oil and I had to make an emergency stop which happened to be right outside Laps Auto. Larry the owner without hesitation helped me re-torque my oil filter and topped off my oil and got my truck back on the road.
It could have been very easy for this shop to tell me to wait till tomorrow or to make an appointment before they serviced my truck but they managed to not only prevent me from damaging my truck but got me back on the road incredibly fast so that I could still enjoy my trip. The folks here are the salt of the earth and I would recommend their services to anyone in the Wylie area.”
