Stop & Go is a diamond in the rough for Paris, offering an old time feel reminiscent of a good old dairyette. While the place doesn't look like much and can look a little scary, it has good food and service all around. It is known for hands down the best burger in town, made with fresh seasoned beef, butter grilled buns, and good thick cut bacon. They also have awesome lunch specials, and are probably the best for quesadillas and Philly sandwiches, even having the buns shipped from Philadelphia for authenticity. The Friday Fish Basket with seasoned fries is a noted favorite. Portions are ample, though prices can be a little steep. Some items, like the hamburger and beef street tacos, have occasionally been found bland or less enjoyable.
