3540 Lamar Ave, Paris“My first time visiting Hibbett Sports, I was greeted right away by a polite and very helpful TJ. I must say this young man was very helpful in locating the correct shoes I was interested in. It’s always so nice to be asked if you need help by a staff employee. ESP since it was my first time there and I had no idea where anything was. For this, I rate my visit as 5 stars! Thank you so much TJ for your help! Will be back soon for more shopping.:)”
“Thank you, Broadhead Barn Archery Pro Shop!
Can’t “THANK YOU” enough!
To the reader:
I’m new at archery, 10 months to be exact!
At 37 yrs of age, it’s NOT easy to start new hobbies, unless you’re self motivated and surrounded by positive, encouraging people.
Recently moved from the PNW to Vermont 2 1/2 years ago. I’ve had amazing service here in Vermont, but to tell yall what phenomenal service I received just over the phone, to this enthusiast gentleman named, Charles at Broadhead Archery! LET ME TELL YALL, if you have not been to this Veteran Owned Archery Shop, YOU’RE MISSING OUT!
Simple called, praying that someone would answer considering I still have my PNW phone number… anyone would think I was a scam call & send me to voicemail! Spoke to Charles and explained my concerns with my “Uncle” who is a veteran, who is on a limited in come and full of stubbornness, and skeptical to say the least.
Hunting is a new thing for me, 2 years and counting here in Vermont, self-taught and learned the hard way at many things. My 2 year was all about archery hunting - compound and my father’s old recurve bow. My “Uncle” found it fascinating and it intrigued him to get into archery.
You see his story is, that he traded in his boat motor for this compound bow that has been left in a case for many years and supposedly never used. Filled with aluminum arrows, that I never even knew existed. Finally convinced him to get a target instead of using a makeshift Jim rigged target as he was crushing his arrows, no matter what he used.
I’ve attempted to assist in many ways over the phone and on social media, but with me being so new I could only do so much.
This is when I gave in and knew my “Uncle” needed to be fitted for this compound bow, get new arrows etc…
I called several places around in Texas, that my uncle lived nearby. No one ever answered the phone and most most of the time it went straight to voicemail.
But this shop! Oh, this shop answered the phone and it was Mr. Charles. I told him my uncle story and how I’ve been trying to assist. I mean, I think anyone would agree there is no feeling in the world, then being disappointed in yourself. And I didn’t want that for my uncle.
Mr. Charles said bring them on in and he’ll make sure that he’s taking care of. I knew at that moment with hearing the confidence of Mr. Charles voice, that my uncle was going to be well taken care of.
I told my Uncle about this place, and we both scoped it out together, you could hear how skeptical he truly was. With all the things that he has been through in his life, he tends to have more doubts, then being optimistic with opportunities presented.
I was surprised to hear that today he showed up at Broadhead barn, archery pro shop, and was taking care of by Mr. Charles directly. I received a phone call nothing but excitement, gratefulness and hopefulness in my uncles voice.
I cannot thank you enough for filling him up with a glimpse of hope in this cruel world that we live in.
So now it seems as though we’re gonna have competition virtually Texas versus Vermont sometime here soon !
Thank you, Charles from the bottom of my heart, this meant the world to me!
Thank you for all your service, dedication and support.
Much Love,
The Gal, Sharece from Vermont”
“We have always had great service coming here. As soon as you walk in the door, someone is helping you find what you need. It’s not cheap having a daughter play multiple sports but these folks make it easy to get everything together!”
