I hate that they close the one in Hugo honestly this one seems a little more expensive than the one in Hugo was but had a really good selection of shoes and everybody was very friendly and ready to help

I was looking for a pair of shoes for my upcoming wedding and they didn't have my size in the shoe that I wanted. The manager went out of her way and pulled a few strings to call another store and have the right size shipped to me. Top notch customer service!!!

Staff is not friendly or helpful. Inventory is large but selections are not. Overpriced on most shoes for this to be a bargain shopping type place.

I was in town, came in nobody greet me. Felt like I was in the wrong town. Wanted to buy my son some shoes but cashier was rude. Passed by me again and didn't help me. So I just walked out. Yeah probably not a good place to shop for shoes if no one wanting to help. Very disappointing...

I bought a pair of work shoes same size I always buy wore them to work one day and realized they were to small so I tried to take them back and they wouldn't let me exchange them cause I wore them one day so I spent 85 dollars for something I can't even wear I even had my receipt.
