Demazio and the Reno paint and body staff were super friendly kept me updated on my vehicles process and had me back up and running in not time. My vehicle looks like it was never damaged and they even detailed the inside of the vehicle in the process. Have used them several times now and will continue to use them for all my vehicle repair needs. 10 out of 10 on customer satisfaction!!!

The work done to repair my vehicle makes it look like new. However, the process between the date I dropped off my vehicle and the date my vehicle was ready to pick up was frustrating, delayed, and unnecessarily complicated. It is important to understand the Body Shop's process for examining your vehicle, ordering parts, and actually doing the repairs before you leave your vehicle there to be repaired. I had excellent luck with Reno Paint and Body in the past, but this time did not go as smoothly. The final result was a like-new vehicle, which made it all worthwhile. But, my driveable, all-be-it damaged vehicle was there for 6 weeks before it was repaired. The owner, Steve, did make things right in the end, but the process was frustrating. Ask lots of questions of their process before scheduling an appointment to drop off a vehicle. Of course, this instance was exacerbated by working with an insurance company other than my own.

They helped me fight my insurance but because they want their money and knew I wouldnt pay for the things my insurance wasnt going to. They didnt care about the 2k in rental fees I had to pay, and not once offered me a loaner car like they said. Instead said I should of asked, like I didnt mutiple times. Been a customer twice but will never again.

My daughter-in-law took her car here for an ESTIMATE. They performed all kinds of diagnostics without permission and charged her EVERY time they put her car on the rack and also charged her storage for every day they had the car (nearly) a month. Total fees came to over $10k. And never did get the car repaired. They drag things out and then give you a lawyers name to call and sue the insurance company, BUT you have to give the lawyer a $500 retainer...BE CAREFUL WITH THEM!

I highly recommend Reno Paint and Body. In April I was involved in a wreck. A vehicle had hydroplaned and lost control hitting me. Not only did I get the run around from the other drivers insurance company, my insurance company left me hanging not wanting to pay the full estimate and wanted to purchase used parts.
Kelly and Steven are very honest and professionals. I trusted them from day one and I couldn't have asked for better people during this long process. I no longer trust insurance companies. Even the "best". I will always remember Kelly and Steven for their honesty, knowledge, and help while this process went into Arbitration.
