Worst experience ever! If you are a person of color, don’t even go there! They are not going to help you. The guy that finally helped us, refused to sell the fish my Son wanted. If you want to support a business that dictates what you can and can’t buy, then this is the business for you! I do not recommend this Petco location.

Oh God my baby Mercedes was supposed to have had appointment today so I called to verify what time it was supposed to be at 11:30 so at arrival standing at the desk I'm telling my name and my babies name there's No appointment scheduled this is the worst place to keep appointments Nobody know sh-- or is trying to keep up with appointments you try to give these places business but they don't want it Now my baby Beautiful Mercedes will be going to a private groomer that she loves no problem just last minute show or call to Hell with Petco and there nonsense Don't have a d-- appointment I want be buying anything or Never stopping bye don't worry I'll keep my money for people who want it Thank you !!! For Nothing

I dont really like the way they have the fish area set up. I felt like I was walking in circles and still didn't find what I needed. I was looking for aquatic turtle food. I finally asked the gentleman at the counter, and he happened to have some beside the register. I also had to pick up an online order, and that was taken care of easily.
