Doesn’t really seem like Paris Ford is in the business of giving a crap about their clientele or employees. After they make their money off you, they don’t care about you anymore.

I purchase, on average, a vehicle a year. This is the worst experience ever. The salesmen are great in the used cars, but the manager (David) looks and acts like he just got out of prison. He won't allow price discussions over the phone in an attempt to get you hooked, up charge and overcharge. Don't waste your time with this place. Read through these reviews, this is a common experience with these people.

I bought a 2017 Ford Escape in October of 2022. Drove it home and parked it. 2 days later I drove it again and it overheated. I called the dealership, took it back, they said they put the wrong coolant in it. It destroyed the motor so they had to replace it, using the extended warranty of course. It took 6 months for them to replace the motor. I got my car back, had it for maybe 6 months and it broke down again. This time they said it needed a new power train module but I had to purchase a 2nd key for it first. That was over $250. It actually ended up being censors on the crankshaft and had nothing to do with needing a 2nd key but I was still charged for it. Overall I paid $500 that go-round and they had my car for 2 months. As I was driving it home the service engine light came on and the code is saying the catalytic converter is not working properly. I do not recommend buying a used car from them!!! They absolutely do not care that they put you in a lemon!

I had a coupon for $59 oil change and tire rotate at the Paris Ford dealer. They told me my air cleaner was dirty, I asked how much for the filter and was told $31 and said okay. I was charged $82.50 for labor, $79.14 for parts, $3.00 for hazard waste plus $6.53 tax. I will never do business with them again and I know a lot of people who will not either. To top it off, the cashier called the service manager over to see how he can rectify the situation but all he could do was just grin and say, "that's just the way it is". They did give me a discount of $43 but the final bill was $128.17. Did I mention I had a coupon for $59? So far I've heard from other people who said the same thing happened to them.

Paris Ford Lincoln Inc. WARNING !!made an appointment with them 2 weeks ago to replace the windshield in our truck for 8 AM today. Warranty Claim.They took the truck to Tri State at 9 AM.After 3 and 1/2 hours of waiting...Paris Ford refused to give Damon a ride to the glass shop to get his truck. They told him that he had to wait at Paris Ford until the truck was done.Damon had to walk from Paris Ford to Tri State on North Main. He gets to Tri State only to be told that they were scheduled to keep his truck all day....Paris Ford did not communicate with Tri State that Damon needed his truck done early this morning. Tri State took care of the situation promptly. But, to PARIS FORD ....YOU WILL NEVER GET ANY BUSINESS FROM US AGAIN .YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS !!!!

Just left the dealer and smelled oil.... By time I got home from my service. I lifted the hood. Oil fill cap on laying on ledge below wipers.Oil all over engine bay, air filter not connected.So someone slammed hood and never checked their work. Called and service manager and writer not in office, left message with whom answered phone.The person whom answered asked me to drive back to dealer..... 45 minutes.

Would definitely recommend you go to another dealer, this dealer don't have any intentions of helping you out getting a vehicle, worst experience I have from all my years buying cars in different places.

The guys in the service department are great. Ran into a problem on a road trip and pulled in without an appointment. After a short wait they got my vehicle back diagnosed the problem, luckily no repair was necessary, and got us back on the road.
