Really bad service no communication took them 2 1/2 months to supposedly fix my sun roof sealers but guess what it's not dripping water but they left something inside the car roof ????

My first impression on this dealerships service dept was awesome. They responded to text after hours, on a day they weren’t even open. I was from out of town and my car started overheating to the point that it pushed out some coolant after a few stops to cool down. They took my car in first thing the next morning. That’s when everything went sideways. They scanned the car and noticed the antifreeze that had pushed out of the coolant reservoir and after that they were bent on making me buy and $86 coolant reservoir and having them install it for $580 before they would even look at the overheating concern that caused the coolant to push out.I ended up paying them $225 for wasting a whole day of my time and two jugs of coolant so I could try to sort it out on my own. They never addressed my overheating concern. Be careful if you have anything more than a simple service job. It gets expensive fast and they don’t fix anything but they do know how to charge. I had to order my own parts from Dallas and fix it myself. The coolant reservoir was never cracked like they told me. It was a water pump. To put icing on the cake, they put a big scrape in my left rear door while they had it. It isn’t just scratched paint. The door is actually dented with the scrape is. They still haven’t fixed that either.

After checking with several dealerships I found the best deal at Paris Chevy, drove all the way from El Paso, Tx picked up the new truck and they even bought my old truck. The deal y=they made was great and the sales staff were great to work with big shout out to Grant, Hunter and David they were awesome to deal with!

I had an appointment to get an alignment done on my vehicle. Got there went to the service desk to drop off my keys then went to wait in waiting area for about an hour and a half atleast, if not longer. Thinkin the whole time well they should be babout done with mine soon. Nope not the case at all. A Lady came to inform me finally that no service had been done to my car and she wasn't sure at what point they would even be able to get to my vehicle!!! Very poor customer service at the very least in my opinion. To have an appointment and then still have to wait with no service done at all. Communication goes a long way!!!

From Houston, over the phone/Facetime we were able to negotiate for our son’s first car. Craig, our salesmen, gave us an honest review of the vehicle and we felt confident driving 4.5 hrs to purchase the vehicle. The vehicle drives amazing and we are very happy!! Best part my son loves it!!

My fiance and I purchased a Honda HRV yesterday. Craig was our salesman. Craig was very helpful and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable throughout the entire transaction.
