Aside from the lack of communication mostly due to progressive insurance and their sorry selves. I am completely satisfied they did everything allowed by the ins . company . Great service in person phone skills lacking . As long as ya got the time to stop in and check on things your in great hands . If you are depending on the phone for communication I recommend not using them.

The part wasn't available for several months, but when it finally came in, it was repaired quicker than expected. The car was very clean when it was picked up. Customer service was very good, friendly and efficient.Service: Body & Trim

Very friendly and courteous service. They were flexible with scheduling since I needed my car back as soon as possible. I planned on cleaning my car after I picked it up, but to my surprise it was cleaned inside and out. Will do business with them again.Service: Body & Trim

Called 1st time and spoke to receptionist about getting a estimate for my Van. Wind had blown open the door and near ripped it off. She asked if it would be under insurance claim or out of pocket. I said that if it was low enough that I would pay out of pocket. She said, I don't think they can give a estimate. What? That's what they do. So I said, won't you go ask then. She came back with a "guestment" which I didn't expect since he hadn't seen it yet. Asked if I could come in that day. She said, well, they are busy, but you can come and wait, it may be a while. I said that was fine. Came the next day since she didn't offer a time. Late back from lunch and had to wait for Mike. He looked at my van and said it would be a about $200. I said Bless you. That I can afford. He took my name and number and no call for over a week. Called today to see if he got the part in. She said, well what did he tell you. I told her the cost and my name and number. Nothing else. She said let me go ask. She comes back and asks if they get the part can I come in then?! I said, you he didn't order the part? She said no, that's why I need to know if you can come when in does. I said, and this is a business? I don't want your business, I will find someone else. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. No follow through.
