I visited store on 6/29/24 purchased new Samsung phone for $155.34+ paid my bill $23.on old phone sales clerk was no help at all did not explain nothing about phone I left totally confused ,I'm elderly feel as I was taken advantage of now that I look back.all new people running store .

Manager was yelling and acting crazy I was in there to pay a bill, he was adding services to an elderly man’s bill he knew nothing about then lied why the bill went up! I know I use to work for the company! Metro has gone down in the last couple of months!

Extremely aggressive and legitimately abusive management. Man was in there yelling at the staff, insulting/berating the women behind the counter. It's safe to say I will not be coming back to this location, I will also emplore those I know to not use metro/T-Mobile as they apparently permit their management to harass their employees. Honestly I don't think he would have behaved that way had it been another man behind the counter instead of a woman. Look into this district manager, he is creating an unsafe work environment.
