We were just here to get few things. It took an hour. They only had 3 lanes open and one side of the self checkouts open. There were lines down the aisles and the self checkout line stretched all the way to the bakery. It was ridiculous.

I use the Kroger pharmacy. Typically, there is a line at the drive-through. But the pharmacists are great at answering questions and giving you solid advice.
Check the hours that they are open before you go. Prepare to wait, but it's worth it in the long run.

These minorities that have been hired here are not providing adequate service. I've had multiple issues coming here. The service here doesn't compare to the service I receive in Plano or other mostly white areas.
You should hire humans.

Bag of purchased non perishable items never made it into my cart or home with me. Store was supposed to hold MY items for pick up, which involved an 80 mile round trip. When arrived to pick up, they had returned items to shelves to resell. Apparently, if longer than a week to pick up what belongs to you, you forfeit your paid for items. One item in particular was not even available for purchase anymore.

We did a huge pickup order thus go around. Over 600! But they had it all gathered on time. Had substitutions dealt with .My only request, don't pack tomatoes with the can goods.

Love Kroger but don't shop there as often as I used to because they don't contract with express scripts. After being a loyal customer for 17 years I had to move Prescriptions to walgreens at brookshires so kroger loses out
