Will not accept picking up medicine 2 days prior to the refill. They make you wait the day you picked up even if there was 31 days in the prior month
Lines are ridiculously long and so are the prompts you have to deal with when calling them
Website doesn't work, cannot access medication information online either.

Very busy store due to the variety of items. Great place for fresh fruits and vegetables. Also has fresh meats. Lots of discounts for Kroger members which I am. Your purchases earn points off at the Kroger gas station. Only problem is that with the self checkout areas is they are not always both open when it’s busy and people are backed up in a long line. They have cameras there and people watching you check out but when you need help, some of the younger staff have attitudes and don’t want to be of assistance. There are a couple of ladies working there who are so helpful and always smiling.

I wish I would have asked for the name of the gentlemen who answered my call. He was obviously upset about something prior to my call because he had an attitude the second he answered. I was friendly and gave him a chance to do better, but sadly he did not. We all have bad moments but taking it out on people who are just trying to get medication is absurd.

If I could give negative stars for the slow drive thru I would. When you set in a drive thru for an hour it’s too long.

Dr sent script for pain med on Wed. The app said be ready Saturday noon. Checked app Thursday and Friday and said same thing. Went to pick up on Saturday and they said they were out of stock and it would be Tuesday before they could restock since Monday was Labor Day. Well of course it being Saturday I couldn't call my Dr to transfer script to another pharmacy until Tuesday. So the whole holiday weekend I was in pain and couldn't do anything. This was the second time this happened. It will also be the last time as I will be doing business elsewhere.

This was the only pharmacy in town that had the antibiotic eye drops I was needing in stock. They were very polite and helpful.

I love the people at the pharmacy, but hate having to tell them over and over to also charge my second insurance company after years of patronage. The other thing is that I have asked for easy open bottle lids and that is a hit and miss thing. So, the prescriptions are always correct and everyone is helpful if you can overlook the small problems.

Awful experience. The older lady in the bakery was friendly and the manager was kind in passing. That is where the buck stops. All other employees not friendly. No produce bags available. I specifically went early this morning (before 8am on Saturday), to avoid the crowd. Living in the country I shop in bulk every few months to avoid constant trips to the store. I had A LOT of groceries and the only check out was self checkout. The checkout monitor lady said 'this is all ya got this morning' when I asked if a conveyor type check out line was open. I am very old school, and prefer to check out in legit checkouts when buying so much at one time Good service goes a LONG way! But this experience was a total pain in the tush type beatdown.

Every single month I have to have them correct the prices. Coupon on one med is never used until I tell them to use the coupon. They keep using my insurance instead of my kroger goodrx card causing me to pay more. EVERY MONTH I have to have them fix these prices (ugh)!
