Their service department is incredibly slow. Takes hours for an oil change even when you arrive first thing in the morning. My car has an active recall and they’ve been telling me for weeks they can’t order the part or schedule me for a service repair.
I ask again and now the answer is they can order 15 at a time and the last 15 were already put on other cars. Why wasn’t I offered one? I’ve been calling since the day the recall was announced. It seems dangerous to keeping me drive it knowing it affects the airbags, seat belt and the auto turn off! No sense of urgency whatsoever!

As always, the service department took fantastic care of me. They ordered what I needed for my Subaru and took care of it perfectly. Bring whatever car you have and they can work with you. Honest folks and super service.

I usually always get friendly service however I feel like the Service check in people should have checks and balances to follow when it comes to the mechanics work because twice I’ve had an oil change and they for got to put the oil cap back on to my motor.

Eric and his team were super friendly and accommodating. Eric went above and beyond after we tried to deal with several other dealerships. None seemed to care to even make a sale. Eric and his team made us feel seen and important. Will definitely go back for future purchases.
