Your tax preparer failed to tell me that if you make less than $73000 p.a., you can file for free on an IRS site. I would have had a much better opinion of you and would have used you in the future had i been told that. I paid you $407 for a service I could have gotten free. If the preparer didn't know that, she had no business preparing taxes.

I went in to extend submission of my taxes past the deadline but I had a misconception of the process that was cleared up and prompted me to go ahead and file. I was able to get an appointment the next day and though my tax return was complicated it went pretty smooth. I feel like it went way better than I thought prior to stopping in.
