I like the original office staff here. Although had an issue years ago with a mechanic not replacing a serpentine belt as I asked.
However, if the owner is away the mice will play.
I bought four tires and front brakes here. (The tires I ordered weren't sent on the truck...paid more for a different brand... Not surprising).
I Returned my vehicle on the following Monday due shaking. Keep in mind they are closed on weekends.
I ask they drive it and check it. I also stated the shake was not in the steering wheel.
The dude said it was an Axle issue (interesting that was not spotted when I had the tires installed) and it would be $450 to fix. Yet, he Never checked the vehicle on the lift.
I Took it to the car lot and...the driver's side tires were NOT balanced and it needed an alignment.
No other axle, etc. Issues were spotted. Fixed for a Franklin and rides better. Hmmm..Glad I was suspicious to get a second opinion.
I regret buying my tires here.
You got me on an extra $108 on tires and extra $124 on brakes, but that's it.

I've used Hicks for many years and have been completely satisfied each time. They have fair prices and, most importantly, they're honest. They've never tried to upsale me. Highly recommend!

I had them put Flowmaster exhaust on my sons truck and it was quick and easy. They did everything I asked and it sounds GREAT!

?We have now returned two Uhual’s to Hicks Tire and Muffler and they are the rudest and most unprofessional group of people we’ve dealt with in a very long time!! We called Hicks to tell them we were heading there to return the Uhual (which the paperwork said to do) and when we pulled up they stood around and ignored us!!! We would have unhooked it ourselves but it was the largest covered Uhual and was too heavy for us! My husband and I are in our 60’s and 70’s so that will tell you all you need to know about these jerks!! As native Texans we are embarrassed by their appalling behavior!!! Folks take your business to a place where they appreciate their customers!!?
