Girls at counter ignored us when we entered, offered us no assistance, and I witnessed them laughing at a woman as she was leaving, after having refused her a return. Unimpressed, and probably won’t return.

This place is pretty cool. When I went a lady came in without a mask and the employee told her she needed to put one on to come in the store (to which she said she had a medical condition which is BS or whatever), but I liked that they were actually enforcing masks. That's rare around here. Store is a bitttt cluttered but nice nonetheless. Found quite a few things I like!

Great prices for the name brand clothes.. it is located where the picture is so disregard what the other review says.. staff is friendly.. wish they would have had a larger men's selection but it's the same way at every store I go to.

Your photos are not correct, it shows the store is located under the underpass, the photos make no sense. It supposed to be located next to Belks, that's what I heard from Factory Connection in Hugo, Oklahoma.
