I use to love this store but the customer service is non existent. I used the help button at the self service and received no help even though one of the women (working so called) was leaned up on a buggy less than 5 feet away from me. All she did was look at me and the flashing help light and kept talking to the other worker. All the while people are lining up because they were too busy talking and couldn't wait on anyone at the one full service register open. Makes the store look bad.

This store was clean, large and very well stocked. This is like a Super Dollar Tree. Everything was $1.25. I had issues using my debit card. Cashier came over and helped me whisper under her breath for everyone to hear, "You had to read the directions". Rude! 99% when I check out it has the cost and I just insert card. Here I had to press pay, debit, etc. Was not clear on screen. Previous customer in front of me had issues with the other self checkout. If cashier was friendly I would have said 5 stars.

I was just mindlessly browsing, when I heard a loud thud. An older lady had fallen against the glass store front, and collapsed to the floor. What I saw next was really impressive: those ladies that work at Dollar Tree got her up and back onto her feet, quickly and professionally. I doubt if a group of registered nurses could’ve done a better job.

The store was clean, well stocked, organized, and the check out process was so fast and easy. I usually go to the one in HUGO but that one is just a mess. This one was so nice I had to make sure I was in a dollar tree. Lol
