Brought my explorer in, and they properly diagnosed a coolant thermostat leak. Luckily, my son was able to fix it even though they offered to do it at an affordable price. We will use them for something more complex if needed.

I don't use them but if i had a car i would. my boss brings all his cars over here to get fixed
