Took my 92 year old dad to get his hearing aids cleaned and adjusted. He wasn't hearing as well as he had before. The young man that took care of him was very professional and knowledgeable. After cleaning them and recalibrating them, we left. On the way home I kept hearing them squeal, but Dad was patient since the man said there might be an adjustment period. FF ahead to a couple of hours later, Dad called saying he just couldn't take the squealing. The man from Brooks called him back right away and patiently instructed him to push them further down on the ear canal. Easy fix. ( Took care of the feedback) But the big bonus was... He told Dad how to adjust the volume for himself. He was ecstatic! He has had them for years and no one else had told him that. He is so happy about being able to do that. It has made him a happier man! Thank you, Brooks! This guy is the best! Thank you so much! (Sorry, I don't know his name.)

I travel a lot, and Brooks is so flexible about rescheduling my appointments when an upcoming trip has me out-of-town for an upcoming appointment. “You get what you pay for.” is so true. Brooks is the Best!

This the most ethical and caring company I have ever encountered in my life-time. I will be 83 years old in July and once again I must give them a 5 star review
