Recycling tires from the state after getting the used ones out to resell when it's against the EPA LAW. Their all suppose to be cut up not resold at B&H tire in Oklahoma City or to individuals.

Their prices for the quality can't be beat. I didn't even realize they sold tires now i have full matching set spares
