I just read a one-star review from a guy who had insurance-paperwork problems. But as far as the quality of workmanship is concerned, these guys are impressive.”
“Recently we ran over a large hog at night in our Dodge Caravan. The whole front end, front door and the frame was damaged. The next day we were able to drive it to Lone Star Collision. We were met by very friendly, professional employees. They were completely supportive and confident that our car could be restored. After a few days the work was completed. They did an excellent job of making sure my car was completely checked out and repaired.. It looks great. “First time here and they totally have my business! Needed a water pump belt for my jetta and I've been all over town and was told they did have it and can't order it until I visit carquest yesterday. Only took a few minutes and the order was place and might be in today (Friday) but because of the holiday it might be delayed till Tuesday. Called this morning a d it was in, got it, put it on and now my car is on the road again! Thank's a whole lot guy's you just don't know how much I appreciate you guy's. I will be back for all my auto needs.”
“I am from Houston and was visiting some family nearby. On my way, my engine light came on so I took it right away to the nearest O’reilly. There I met Mike, he was very friendly and helpful!!! I had a misfire on the 3rd cylinder. I put a new coil and changed all 4 spark plugs. That did not fix the issue, the computer showed an issue with the first cylinder. Mike stood there and analyzed the situation and he suggest to put new coil, I did that but that did not fix the issue either. Finally, he suggested replacing the new spark plug I installed with another one, and that fixed the issue!!! Thanks Mike!!! Amazing guy”

“Aside from the lack of communication mostly due to progressive insurance and their sorry selves. I am completely satisfied they did everything allowed by the ins . company . Great service in person phone skills lacking . As long as ya got the time to stop in and check on things your in great hands . If you are depending on the phone for communication I recommend not using them.”

“It's the early days of the coronapocalypse and I've got to get to work but I've got a dead battery. Because of course my car dies during the coronapocalypse. A neighbor jumped started me and I called Napa. Jamie answered and told me to come to them so he could find me the right battery (my car model came with a wide variety depending on the mood of the assembly line, apparently). When I got there, they found me the proper battery and ACTUALLY CHANGED MY CAR BATTERY. I'm forever grateful to these guys for their service and will definitely be back to Napa next time I need to buy car stuff. Thank you, gentlemen, for getting me back on the road!”

“If you're in the market for a vehicle I highly recommend Paris Chevrolet GMC ask for Sebastian! This was the easiest, most stress free experience of either of our lives. I was never treated with anything but 100% respect from all the staff and they knew what I wanted to look at (used) but it was never suggested I consider something brand new. “Mark took my car in after it sat on Paul Green's lot for 3 weeks untouched. He diagnosed the problem in 3 days and fixed it. He found another problem with my turbocharger.
