“I called this place in advance to find out what anchor store they were closest to (for parking purposes.) The female sales rep that answered the phone said that they were closest to Saks 5th Avenue and continue to give me very explicit directions. I parked where she told me to park and I was able to walk straight to it! Thus saved me a lot of time because I was on a schedule. I was reading as I walked in the door and advised her I need to get some batteries for my Michael Kors watches. She proceeded to tell me that it would take 10 minutes and it only took about 6 to 7 minutes. I was at the door and on my way! I come here to replace My watch battery very often. The battery replacement warranty is six months but you shouldn't have to replace your battery for a couple years.”
