“I’ve been going here for about 2 years now and I have never had anything bad to say. They have good deals and the customer service is fantastic. If you have questions they always have a detailed answer. It’s always very clean. They even have a 48 hour return policy which helps so much because they understand occasionally you get a faulty vape in a case. I highly recommend Smoke Out Vape.”

“Honestly a really great Shop from what I can tell, I picked out 2 bad pens from VooPoo before Settling with FreeMax and they were kind enough to exchange the 1st one free and then with a very small price difference I ended up getting a completely different style Vape Pen that looked and felt like higher Quality to me personally. The Lady who assisted me was extremely kind and extremely helpful, plus they are right around the corner from my house so I appreciate that and will probably stop by again in another month or so for more Menthol Flavor Vape liquids. Im not completely familiar with Vapor pen Brands but My friend in Cali even explained that hes had VooPoo before and hes never had any issues with that brand. I was just the lucky winner of 2 pens that didnt want to charge, but the shop did not let it be a total loss and I value that type of business.”

The manager is so friendly and helpful. I remember she was the first employee to help me back in 2019 when I first went to the store and her being so friendly was a big reason of me coming back on top of always having the best products. Taylor is another great employee that I has helped me at the store since I moved back to the metroplex last year in 2022. There’s a couple other employees that have been great as well wish I could remember there names. Overall a great store that ensures they have the best and safest products with the best customer service.”
