I used it to do a return for another company. It was pretty easy to pop in and drop off my package and leave.

Not able to provide UPS with scanning QR codes. Also not friendly. Don't waste your time.

normally they're nice & helpful. when they aren't, it sucks. still easier than Whole Foods for Amazon returns.
