This is apparent when seeing his interactions with other customers (who you can tell have been long-term customers). Kat runs the front desk and I cannot say enough about her. When you have someone who has that perfect mixture of kindness and professionalism, well that's special. And they hit the jackpot with Kat.Their waiting room is clean and inviting. Prices are fair and all though I've not had extensive repairs, I have no doubt they are not in the business of gouging their clients.My first visit there was on one of the worst days I've had in a long time. By the time I left, my hope in humanity was restored and my car was well cared for. Thank you Kat and Jeff! You have a customer for life!”
“I called Pat Murphy’s in a pinch, having been towed to Vandergriff Honda this past weekend. Pat was booked a few weeks out, but he recommended his friend, James, at Accurate Car Care. James literally saved us thousands of dollars in unnecessary “recommendation” repairs. Not only that, but he also offered to clean an extensive amount of oil off the frame of my vehicle, which had leaked oil from Mansfield to Dallas after an oil filter failed. Vandergriff Honda had our vehicle for two business days and no one offered to clean the frame. I appreciated James’s honesty, thoroughness, and willingness to help. We dropped off our vehicle yesterday afternoon and received it back, up to speed, today. Thank you, Accurate Car Care!”

So the transmission I wanted to get at least several hundred miles on it before I could even make a fair assumption...so far I'm very pleased with how the transmission is working. Automatic transmission does shift a little hard when slowing down and it shifts into 1st gear.. but from what I've read it could be normal until it's broken in. I'll give it a thousand miles then re evaluate that. But all in all I got a great price, great work, and everything went as planned..thanks Custom transmissions(Barts)Dennis”
“I had noisy issues with my 2005 Chevy Tahoe. Went in and talked to Tom and we talked about it. Brought the Tahoe back in the same day, and the next day it was fixed as well as a review on other items that needed to be addressed in the near future, but absolutely no pressure. The cost was no cheap but fair and actually came home a bit cheaper than originally quoted. In the future any any maintenance that I can't handle myself will be done by TCM.”

I am sorry for the bad experience you had with your vehicle. I strive to give the best customer satisfaction, but in some cases we might fall a little short, and i am sorry for that. I will always stand behind our work and i am never rude. Ms. Chomicki transmission was replaced, following those repairs car would not start, upon further diagnostic found bare wires to a connector. I had a electrical shop Rivera fix it for me after explaining everything to the customer my cost $300. did not charge customer. When repairs were finished car started right up and the Transmission worked perfect. I tried helping a customer out and get treated with disrespect. I cant please everyone i even took a picture of the harness was not broke just bare wires touching. Her Transmission has a 1 year warranty, but i am not responsible for bad wiring.”
