Ok so it's been a week and with holidays around the corner... I have to drive here and there. So I decided I needed to get the oil change outta the way! The rogue takes synthetic and it's always so darn expensive 60-100 depending on where I go! So I save coupons that I get, and in my bunch I had one for Stress Free Auto. What I don't like about oil change places: prices not being clearly listed on websites.Appointments not being handled on timeWaiting in a dirty little cubbyBeing hustled and up charged while the car is still in the back.So when you get here first thing is it is in the shopping plaza and they do have a bay door that appears to run down the middle in between two businesses... it's ok it's the right place. When I walked in i was greeted and was asked what I could be helped with...I gave my name and the nice man knew all about me and the car. He took my key and advised it would be 30-45 minutes. I waited in the front area. I got text messages every step of the way!Let's talk about it the seating area is really nice a couch some individual stool/table set ups and a few leather chairs with a lil table. They have phone chargers sitting out in the lobby for you to use... hand sanitizer and snacks. Around the corner is a coffee station and ... AND.... Single sex bathroom stalls ( I love this at an oil changing place!!! I had to get tissue out of a bathroom while waiting on my car years ago and I have been traumatized ever since). Regular price for an oil change here for my car is about 80 per the technician, but I have a coupon for 49. Really amazing shop. I had to have my car towed due to an alternator issue. I had it dropped off on Sunday without even talking to anyone. I also had surgery the next day and wasn't able to talk to them about the vehicle. They were amazing got it fixed and took care of me. I highly recommend them. I've also got a very hard to fix car and they did great

Wow, great job, took in this morning, and before noon my car was ready.. better than my previous mechanic and much less in price. They have worked on my wife and daughters vehicle's.. they also gave them rav reviews, and now so will I.

Chris was awesome! I got a detailed easy to read risk report of their findings (with pictures) including items that needed no attention at all and were working fine. I was happy to see that no problems were present other than a light bulb out on my reverse lights and some minor wear on brake pads. This will be my go to shop for all services offered.

Stopped in to see what the company was all about. Met Chris, and he was very welcoming. Next morning, I came in for an oil change. I was offered a loaner if errands were needed. Overall, it was such a pleasure! The waiting area was immaculate and comfortable! When the service was completed, Chris was very thorough in explaining what was found (showing with pictures, the underside of my car) and if anything needed immediate attention. Excellent service, great place! I called quite a few places, trying to find somewhere other than the dealership that could do an oil change on a Jaguar F pace. Every place I called said they either couldn’t get the parts or wouldn’t touch it. I resorted to thinking I was going to have to go to the to the dealership and fork out between $250-$400 (that was their estimate). Came across this company in a last ditch effort search again, and booked an appointment online. Totally expected to get a call for them to cancel like everyone else had. To my surprise, they got me in the next day, AND BEAT THE DEALERSHIP PRICE by at least $160+. I was let know each step of the way what was going on, as well as provided pictures of everything. No one tried to upsell, or say I needed things that I didn’t. So impressed with this place and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!Service: Oil change

This place is the BEST!!! It IS in Pantego- which is a tiny "town" within Arlington. (my city) But it's a 5 minute drive from my house. I have been coming here since they opened after I got a mailer coupon & looked at the reviews from other franchises in the country. (all in California) I have had my brakes done, thermostat replaced, & oil changes. All at great prices & in a timely manner! Online booking is available- I have used it and also just called to see how busy they are. They have refrigerated bottled water, coffee (Keurig-style), snacks, & a comfortable waiting area where they even have chargers for your phone! They update your car's progress with texts & do free multi-point inspection, air up your tires, & top off your fluids. They even have one courtesy vehicle that you can drive while you leave your car there for those longer services- if you are lucky enough that it isn't already in use! They also have an Uber account- Chris will even set it up for you if you have no ride back home. My technician Ayman is so kind, knowledgeable, & personable as well. To sum up, I am SO happy that Stress-Free Auto Care came to Texas- & so CLOSE to me! I would give them TEN stars if I could. Give them a try if you are near Pantego, DWG, or Arlington!

I was in a pinch, and they took perfect care of me. I usually go to Midas, but my mother referred me to Stress-Free Auto Care and honestly, they live up to their name. It was fast, easy, and they even paid for a Lyft to take me home when I couldn't find a ride! I've never experienced anything like that at any other auto repair shop. Definitely dropping Midas and going to them moving forward! They are also more affordable, which is a BIG ➕️ in my book. ?

Chris and his team are absolutely the best. When they say “stress free” they mean it. I was so sad about my car being down and really didn’t know how I was going to get around, but they even took care of that for me. They definitely live up to their name! I'm from out of town and needed an oil change and tire rotation. Getting my appointment online was very easy. They got me in quickly, did what I asked for, good price and they didn't try to upsell me on anything. Good experience, I'd recommend them.

Stress-Free Auto Care truly lives up to the name!!! Chris truly represents what a model employee should be on the job! From the moment I walked in, I felt that Chris had my best interest and safety at heart! He assured me that everything would be fine, and I must admit, he held true to his word!
