This was refreshing since my wife was a bit under the weather today. They showed up 5 min early(great) for us since we have 2 animals. “I went into this location on Friday, June 22nd! I was so impressed with the courtesy and efficiency of the employees! I had gone here as a plan B to my printing needs. I had already gone to a Staples in need of printing a memorial card for my mom’s memorial service, which was to happen on Saturday. Staples employees were extremely rude and told me they couldn’t have this ready until Saturday afternoon. The memorial service was scheduled for 1:30 pm on Saturday! A young man by the name of Zach assisted me. When I told him my dilemma he responded that he could have this printed for me in 15 minutes! I said, “I’ll wait!” He was the most efficient and courteous young man! Mr Zach has definitely won my business! I will go out of my way to return to this location if I have a need again. I witnessed so many come and go in the time that I waited. Everyone at this location worked together professionally and efficiently! Great job UPS for hiring the right team to operate this location!”

“I shipped a computer to Oregon, and I was feeling a little bit doubtful when I left. I was mainly concerned on how it would be packaged, and when my transaction was done, I was told everything would be taken care of. I wanted to see them package it in front of me, but I just had to trust.Once I received my package, I was excited to see there was foam padding in the main box, and that box was put into a bigger box with foam pellets. They did a great job packing some delicate electronics.”

“I’m so grateful for Micah! She was professional, kind and patient with me…despite the fact that I failed to get a file sent over for printing out — 5 times in a row. ? Did I mention that by the time she was able to help get it done…it was a few minutes PAST closing time. A steady stream of clients came in for the 40 or so minions I was there. She treated EACH of us respectfully and quickly. Getting pretty rare to find excellent customer service like that nowadays. Many blessings to her…that’s the kind of person that will keep this store top of mind when I need anything office related in future.”

“Fast service. I was in and out and the rep Jordan was helpful as well as efficient. I've passed by this location several times and today I had 3 packages to ship out via FedEx. I was happy to see that the doors automatically open when you walk up because my hands were full! The place was quite busy but as soon as I walked in, someone was able to help me. This appears to be a full service store with copy service, shipping, supplies, passport photos and a variety of other things. They close at 8:00 on weekdays which is good to know for days I may need to come after leaving the office. Again, great service today.”
“I went a few months ago here and everyone welcomed me and assisted me as much as they could. Ryan and Rosa kept finding solutions to my issue in regards to printing my return address for my save the dates for my wedding. I went to 3 other places 2 office depot and an office max and they just kept shrugging their shoulders and said the customer usually used an app to print the address on the sticker tabs and would just leave. FedEx office was the one that eased my frustration. I will be coming here from now on. Thank you everyone that was in the building!”

“Had to learn my lesson the hard way by not choosing FedEx Office. Staples, Office Depot, and whomever else pretends to be a copy/ship company are not on the same level as FedEx. Every location is roughly the same in services offered, along with friendly, helpful staff. Don't usually use this particular one, but I was in and out in no time at all. Conveniently located on my way to work near the Chick-fil-A I eat at. Definitely a FefEx fan!”

He was very pleasant and there wasn’t the usual rush you see at larger shipping outlets.I went back a second time to ship some more packages and accidentally left my wallet on my desk at home. He graciously set everything up for shipping and made arrangements for me to pay without driving back. This is personalized service you rarely see today.Highly recommend!”
