I think it's crazy important to support local businesses who do right by their customers. Its easy to post one negative review with like ten whole words like some ppl do- then nothing else ever... but I personally think the reviews to trust are the ones from ppl who dont just whine once bc it takes time to say anything more.... so you can know that when u see someone really vouch for a company, it shows it's worth it!
Dont listen to the haters here, that's the kind of ppl who want and expect everything for nothing.
I know this bc I've personally used Riveras for 5ish yrs for my 3 vehicles. My dad has for longer -and 6 vehicles (He can out-mechanic anyone alive and he's not one of those p**** guys. He knows his shit and these are the people he trusts when he cant do it bc of time or any number of reasons. My work has also now used them for 10+ vehicles & 3/4 yrs. They do their work, they are more than fairly priced and they do it right! In the off chance something isnt 100%, they warranty their work. They're quick, reliable and loyal to their customers AND their community. Just bc you have only have one issue you want to pay for but have many more- in reality- then whine later when you don't do what's necessary- that says way more about you as a consumer than it does about them as a service provider.
What people don't get is ..like say for code p219, that can be any one of what, like 8 different possibles? And even then, if its o2 sensors, which? I only have 2 but some ppl have 6+. It can be any one or several. Same with the hoses, wires, etc etc etc. And then, it can be any combination of one or more of those issues and one of more codes....that's ONLY codes and there are sooooo many other things you may have going on.
That's not on them. They give u all the info they can to help you make an informed decision but they can't do this stuff for free. They MORE than do their part and they're such good ppl on top of it.
No bullshit- the services I highlighted below are all services that I, my family, or my work fleet vehicles have actually had done. ALL OF THEM. That's not me listing what i know they do, thats work actually completed on any one of the 20ish+ vehicles theyve repaired for us. So yeah...I'm pretty confident in these ppl.

These guys are amazing! They really work to get you answers as quick as possible and don't add crap on that you don't actually need. Their prices are so good, totally surprising for how good the work is- I would absolutely expect them to be much higher in their pricing but no matter what I need done, I call and get quote from them...then I call a few others and theirs has always been the lowest, now I know I don't even need to keep calling around, theirs will pretty much always be less. Even if there was one time theirs's might not be the super lowest, it's worth it to have the value of their work and the loyalty they have to their customers. They really take care of you, and quickly! My dad takes all of his cars & trucks here for pretty much everything. Now I bring mine AND I have now introduced my work's vans/fleet services to come here and their prices for companies are awesome too! This is now the place that if someone says they need any work done, I will say to bring it here!

I trusted this family company with previous vehicles I've had. This last time they weren't honest and upfront. They charged me 2600 then I had to spend an extra 1000 somewhere else to fix the problems that they told me was it . They kept giving me the run around for 2 weeks of having my truck,. The day I was able to pick up my truck was the day they went on vacation only to find out my truck was still having the same problems. When they returned 2 weeks later I called and George told me to bring my truck in so I come and he tells me to come back. As a paying customer that was poor service. Save your money and time they do not care about their customers.

They are very knowledgeable and did the work in a timely manner. They did try to get me to add another repair but after looking at YouTube and parts cost I couldn't justify the extra money they wanted. So I will be getting someone else to that repair for less money.

I fixed my Nissan Altima 2years ago and they got it perfect with good price I struggled a lot with the AC and they got it done. Shoutout to the guys in there they were super respectful and friendly.

I brought my car for a Diagnostic and a second opinion after I had taken it to the Kia Dealership and was told that I needed to replace the entire engine. I spoke to a lady who told me before bringing my car that the fee for the diagnostic was $100 that could be applied towards the final payment if I decided to do the job with them, and if I decided not to do the job I would only had to pay the $100 fee for the Diagnostic. I said perfect!!! Turns out that the first diagnostic I was given by them was wrong and after them keeping my car for more than a month looking for a piece that they couldn't find I called them just to find out that I needed to replace the entire engine of my car, (same diagnostic that Kia gave me to begin with) because the piece they were looking for doesn't come separately. And therefore I needed to get the entire engine replaced. I decided not to complete the work and was under the impression that all I owe was the $100 fee for the diagnostic. WRONGGG!!! Not only their estimate to fix my car was way over from what the Kia Dealership was asking but now they want $350, the diagnostic plus three hours of labor. I asked what labor???? Ridiculous! Would not recommend them at all!
