Horrible service, this is the second time I go to the store looking to get paint matched and I get rejected by the employees there with the argument that they are very busy with large orders and do not have time to spare to help me out with my order. This makes no sense. I wonder why they keep the paint store open if they are too busy to help clients that come in. Also made no sense because there was an employee standing at the front desk with his arms crossed when I walked in and when I was outside, trying to figure out where to go and get my paint made I saw him through the window standing there with his arms crossed for another 10 minutes. In that time he could’ve made my order and gotten me checked out.
